We invite you to read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in full, but we know you're busy so here's a quick glance at some of the key updates:

TERMS OF USE We made the Terms of Use clearer and more streamlined; We added an arbitration provision to resolve disputes between us and you unless you opt out within 30 days, which restricts your opportunity to have claims against maurices heard in court or resolved by a jury and to participate in a class action in court or arbitration; and We added terms relevant to our customers and friends in Canada. The full updated Terms of Use, which govern other Programs, such as our Text Message Program and mymaurices Rewards Program, are on our website.

PRIVACY POLICY We made the Privacy Policy clearer and more streamlined. We clarified the ways we collect, use and share your information, including how we share your information with our affiliates; We clarified how we may use your information to market services to you; and We added privacy terms relevant to our customers and friends in Canada.

LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS We made the Loyalty Program Terms subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy We made some general changes to the Loyalty Program, including how we calculate points in your account for returns and exchanges

TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS We made the Text Message Program Terms subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The updated Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Loyalty Program Terms and Text Message Program Terms will be effective on June 25, 2019. You accept updated Terms of Use if you continue to use the maurices website and mobile application after the effective date. If you do not want to accept the Terms of Use, you may close your maurices account before July 25, 2019 and discontinue using the maurices website and/or mobile application.
