Today, I thought we’d do things a little differently…
I’ll share with you one of my favorite time-saving hair tips!
If you’re like me…
You juggle many responsibilities:
All while managing to make time for yourself!
One of my favorite ways to treat myself is…
A good workout!
But…
Making time to exercise is one thing…
Spending an hour (or more) afterward redoing my hair…?
That's more like a chore!
But not anymore…
That’s because I discovered a way to refresh a blowout without starting from scratch!
(Best of all, it only takes about 10 minutes!) Before any workout, I like to twist my hair up and secure it with clips (like my Alligator Clips).
They’re less likely to leave creases in my hair & touching it up is so much simpler!
Okay… so no matter what you’re into—cardio, weights, yoga, or classes…
The common denominator is…
Sweat!
That’s why the first thing you want to do is remove the clips & detangle your hair.
I keep my Siena Flexi Vented Brush in my gym bag especially for this!
Next up… your favorite dry shampoo.
When my roots are super sweaty, I like Style Revival Super Dry Shampoo. I create small sections with my finger & spray it at my roots.
(Pro tip: make sure to get along the hairline, crown, and nape of your neck!)
Then, I take my hair dryer (I’m partial to Le Styliste Luxe) & turn it to the cool setting.
I use my fingers to work the dry shampoo in as I concentrate airflow at my roots.
Once my roots are dry, I then grab my Flexi Vented Brush once more.
This brush is especially useful on post-gym hair…
Because the bristles glide gently & the vented back lets more air pass through—saving you time!
I switch the dryer to low heat and use my brush to help reshape my style.
When it looks the way I want, I’ll spritz Miraclé Conditioning Shine Spray on my lengths & ends.
Followed by a light mist of Trois Chic Three Way Hairspray to lock everything into place.
And voila! It couldn’t be simpler!

While extending the clean feeling!
10 minutes is all it takes to refresh your blowout without sacrificing your workout.
