Happy Tuesday, Brandi!   When it comes to curling hair, here’s what I get asked the most:   “How can I get more volume AND make the curls last longer?”   So… I thought I’d share several tips I’ve learned over the years, starting with…   Prep Your Hair with a Texturizer Before Curling   Many people think texturizers (like our Salt + Séa Texturizing Spray) are strictly finishing sprays…    But they also make a great pre-styler!   If your hair is fine, baby soft, or resistant to curling… Apply a few pumps of Salt + Séa to dry hair Let the product dry completely  Brush through prior to curling   The sea salt acts as a natural texture enhancer and gives your hair “grit”…   In other words, this added texture helps hair hold a curl better than when it’s squeaky clean.   Take it from Salt + Séa fan Andreia:   “This spray is amazing. It gives your hair body while allowing the wand to have some grit to hold on to. Making your curl more defined AND longer lasting.”   So the next time you go to curl your hair, reach for the texture spray first.    And see for yourself how much longer your curls hold their shape! Here’s another great tip I learned from my hair stylist…   Pin Your Curls While They’re Cooling   Allowing your curls to fully cool is key to keeping their shape & creating more volume.   And bobby pins are a fast, easy way to do so!    When you’re curling your hair, keep them on hand to pin each curl as you go.   When you unwind the curl from the wand barrel, let it slide off into the palm of your hand.    Then simply coil it up, making sure to follow its natural shape…    And gently pin it to your head.    I recommend waiting at least 10 minutes (up to an hour if you have the time)...   Before unpinning your curls and tousling to your liking!   Last but not least…   To achieve that next-level bombshell look I mentioned earlier, here’s one of my fave tips…   Finish with a Root Lifting Powder    This helps many Hollywood starlets and fine-haired ladies fake density and lush volume.   And it couldn’t be simpler!   After curling, cooling, and unpinning…    Use a small amount of a dry shampoo (e.g., our Star Dust Dry Shampoo Powder) at your roots.   Because this aerosol-free dry shampoo doubles as a root texturizer!    Just apply a puff or 2 of the powder to the palm of your hand, then tap onto the tips of your fingers.    With your fingertips, lightly massage Star Dust into your scalp to experience what customer Claudia describes:    “It magically enhances your hair’s volume!”   You see…    Similar to the grit Salt + Séa adds to your lengths & ends, Star Dust adds it at the roots.   Pair both products together and the results are stunning!    But, that’s not all…   For even more curling tips & tricks, check out my blog: Learn How To Use a Curling Wand for Better Results.   So, if you’re struggling with volume or curls that just won’t last…   I hope these tips inspire you to try something new!    Before I started L’ange, I knew so little about styling my own hair…   And I love sharing with you everything I’ve learned over the years!    And just in case you’re in need of a new curling wand…   Click here to shop our collection of premium curling wands at exclusive Anniversary Sale savings!   Putting your hair first,    Dalia Founder, L’ange SHOP NOW ☰✕ MY ACCOUNT| HAIR QUIZ | REAL RESULTS| YOUTUBE Have questions?
